“Third-Party Services” on this page refers to services provided by third parties that we use for the following purposes:

* App analytics for usage analytics and troubleshooting

Note: User-generated content such as videos, audio, thumbnails, and editing settings (“User Content”) is generally processed and stored on the user’s device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. Any exceptions will be explicitly described in the Privacy Policy.

Service: Web contact form for receiving and managing inquiries
Purpose: Receiving user inquiries, responding to users, and customer support operations
Data handled (examples):

* Email address, only if the user requests a reply and provides an address
* Technical information associated with the submission, such as browser type, access time, and IP address, which may be collected depending on the provider’s specifications

* In principle, up to 6 months after the inquiry is resolved, except where longer retention is required by law

(2) In-App Feedback (Receiving and Storage)
Provider: Google LLC
Service: Firebase Firestore
Purpose: Receiving and storing feedback for service improvement
Data handled (examples):
* Feedback text content
* Technical metadata associated with the submission, such as app version, device model, and OS version
Retention (our operational policy):
* In principle, up to 6 months from receipt. We will respond as promptly as reasonably possible to deletion requests.
User notice:
* Please do not submit unnecessary personal information, such as names, addresses, contact details, or facial images. If we confirm that such information was submitted, we will delete it without delay.

(3) App Analytics
Provider: Google LLC
Service: Firebase Analytics
Purpose: Feature improvement, troubleshooting, and understanding app usage
Data handled (examples):
* App usage events
* Technical device/app information, such as OS version and app version
Consent:
* Where required by local law, analytics will run based on user consent.

(4) In-App Purchases and Purchase Status Verification
Provider: Apple Inc. and its affiliates
Service: App Store, StoreKit, and in-app purchases
Purpose: Providing paid features, processing purchases, verifying purchase status, restoring purchases, and managing subscriptions
Data handled (examples):
* Purchased product IDs
* Purchase status
* Active subscription status
* Transaction IDs
* Purchase dates
* Renewal status
* Expiration status
* Refund or revocation status
Notes:
* Payment information, payment methods, billing information, and similar information are processed by Apple. We do not obtain or store credit card numbers, payment methods, billing addresses, or similar billing details.
* Subscription cancellation, renewal, refunds, and related matters are handled in accordance with Apple’s procedures and policies.

3. Changes to Providers
We may add, remove, or change third-party service providers to improve, stabilize, support, or manage paid features of the Service.
The latest list of third-party service providers will be disclosed on this page. If there are material changes, we will notify users in accordance with the Privacy Policy via our website and/or within the app.
