PicFitter for Android – Temporary Service Notice

Google Play is currently conducting an additional review, and new downloads and updates of PicFitter for Android are temporarily unavailable.
We are working toward reinstatement and will post updates here as soon as we have more information.

 

  • Apps already installed on Android devices remain fully functional.

  • The iOS version on the App Store is unaffected.



For Paid Users


Please keep your purchase-receipt e-mails and Google Play order numbers (GPA…).  
If we later need to guide you through a migration or refund process, we may ask you to provide this information.  
Should a migration become necessary, we will make every effort to prevent double billing; any duplicate charges that do occur will be refunded promptly.




How to Request a Refund

You can tap “Request a refund” in your Google Play order history; the payment will be returned once Google Play or our team approves the request.
If you still need help, please contact us via the contact form. Our replies will come from an @codepaint.app e-mail address.

A. Yes. you can use the app.

Will my data be deleted?
A.

  • App data stored on your device stays intact. Deleting the app from your device will also delete this data.    

  • Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically when the app is deleted. If you wish to stop recurring billing, open Google Play › *Payments & subscriptions* › *Subscriptions* and cancel PicFitter.


Q. When will the app return to Google Play?
A. We will republish as soon as the review is complete. The confirmed date will be announced here and on our official social channels.
